91³Ô¹Ï

A student who has withdrawn from 91³Ô¹Ï before completing a degree program must apply for re-entry through the Undergraduate Admission Office. Students who have been dismissed from 91³Ô¹Ï for academic reasons may reapply after one calendar year. Re-admission to 91³Ô¹Ï is not automatic. Re-admitted students will be required to satisfy degree requirements that are in effect at the time of their re-admission.  

Re-entry Application Requirements

• Transfer Student Conduct Form from all colleges attended since leaving 91³Ô¹Ï
• Official transcripts from all other colleges attended since leaving 91³Ô¹Ï
• Essay should include a detailed statement of the student’s activities since leaving 91³Ô¹Ï and the reason for returning
